Yeah!! Managed to change my blog skin with much trying...thanx Gillian mei mei...hehe..tried a few design but finally decided to haf tis...itz from 1 of Jimmy's comic..first time came across his comic drawing was during the screening of the chinese movie..'di xia tie' (in english..subway). Itz simple yet meaningful... The little girl is standing near a lamp post..although the lamp is brightly litted..but she still seems quite lost..she can't see the path in front. I think it reflected mani of us.....a lot times, opportunities are there..but somehow..one haf to decide whether to catch it or to let go...and once the decision is made, there's no point of return...even if there's lots of hurdles to overcome...think i had experience standing underneath the lamp post for the past few years...and even till now..i'm still quite lost..One of my colleague told me tis afternoon tat she might be leaving. She was so call head hunted by a company..higher pay..very attractive offer...and higher position..all of us felt that itz a good opportunity for her to advance in her career...but the sad thing is..we will definitely miss her laughter...think she is quite tempted to hop over too..but the only thing that stop her is coz of us..a grp of cute colleagues..hehe..haiz..somehow...we started asking ourselves..'wat are we still doing here for??'..for the pay? for the opportunity to advance in our career??...I realli dun noe...perhaps..for the opportunity to learn...haiz..i'm juz trying hard to make myself feel better...A message to her:Follow your heart...we can still meet up for gossip sessions..keke..and i will definitely keep my promise!!!Went to Choir practice juz now after work...missed the photography session..haha..so funny..Xiao Qiang was saying maybe I should get the soft copy from the photographer to cut & paste my head into the pix..using someone's body(cannot tell u who)..keke...i'll definitely flip through the newspaper next week to take a look at that articles..hehe.. There will be a performance next sat at Boon Lay CC..so sad..i haf to gif it a miss again..sob..sob..haiz..maybe itz realli time for me to 'retire' liao.
